Returns & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns are accepted if:
- Items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom orders.
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Items showing signs of use or wear not caused by shipping damage.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact support@glove-safe.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Return instructions will be provided once approved.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from GloveSafe.
