What is the minimum order quantity?
For team or tournament orders, theres no minimum for wrist stap and hanger system but we typically require a minimum of 30 custom patches. However, we're flexible and can work with you based on your specific needs but the cost may be impacted.
Can I get custom patches for my team or sponsor?
Yes! Send us your logo and our design team will collaborate work with you to create patches for your organization, sponsor or tournament orders. However, we cannot make patches for any copyrighted material.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
We typically respond to quote requests within 24-48 business hours. For urgent requests, please mention it in your message and we'll do our best to send it your way.
What payment methods do you accept for team orders?
We accept all major credit cards, zelle, etransfers and purchase orders for qualified organizations. For custom orders a 50% advance is required and the remaining balance prior to shipment.
How long does it takes to get our custom patches?
Creating custom patches involves design, manufacturing, and shipping, and typically takes 45–60 days. We will do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible, but we strongly encourage team orders to be placed well in advance.
