Order Processing
Orders are processed pending product availability and payment verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 PM US Central Time (CT) will begin processing on the following Monday.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.
Shipping Locations
Merchandise ships from Canada. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier availability, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

FTC Shipping Guarantee
If we are unable to ship your order within 30 days of the order date (or within the timeframe promised at checkout), we will notify you by email. You will have the option to either consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days.
Fulfillment Method
Orders may be fulfilled by third-party logistics providers, including Amazon Fulfillment (MCF). Orders fulfilled through these partners may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging.
Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping costs, applicable taxes, and duties are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated. Taxes and duties apply to all orders shipped to the United States and are calculated at checkout. All applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order total when applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable and included in your order total. Customers should not be required to pay additional import fees upon delivery. Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Re-shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact support@glove-safe.com.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from GloveSafe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties or taxes that were applied at checkout, and the cost of returning the package to GloveSafe. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
